Daniele Pierangeli – The Blog

I'm really glad You stumbled on my blog.
I'm a 34-yo full time photographer in Rome, Italy.
I also lease a Studio in Rome, and collaborate with a bunch of professionals into Make-Up, Hair, and Wedding Planning.

This is the case why you might have seen some post with the same content in the Jay Studio blog.
So? Why starting another blog?
I decided to open my personal one basically because, working in a studio, I was starting to loose my "Identity" as a photographer. I started feeling I was preparing pics in order to get them published without any personality.. no possibility to give them the needed "emotional touch" wich, if missing in this very unique kind of photography, would mean missing the best!

This is why You would probably find the same sessions, but of course not the same pictures!
The team works very hard and passionately in order to provide the more stunning and emotional images to the couples choosing the Studio, but in the studio blog you will find pictures taken by the whole team, while in here, I'm going to put the only selection of my own ones, related to each Wedding or other kind of photography session.

Wedding Photographer Rome | Our Own Post Wedding

It was one of the funniest day of my entire life..
The girls decided to have a Post Wedding session in the Historical Center of Rome. So we met at the studio, started to dress up, and got ready to have pictures taken.
This was probably the first case where the grooms, were also the photographers, and it was really terrific!
More than the grooms, we’d like to thank al the guys who helped to make this happening possible. Valerio for “carrying and shooting”, Anna, Stefano and Alessio for assisting, Annarita and Laura for coming.. hope you’ll enjoy the small selection of black and white shots, while waiting for the offical post on the Jay Studio Blog ^_^

Sarah + Mark | Wedding in Venice

Was hired by Adrian Wood who was in the need of some assistance for this wonderful Wedding in Venice.
We met the couple the day before the Wedding in the 5 stars Baglioni Hotel for a small briefing in order to plan the Day and starting meeting the guys the first time.

The sun was bright and we started quite early in the morning meeting the couple in their respective rooms, while preparing for the event.
Then, we moved to Palazzo Cavalli, on the Grand Canal, by water taxi.

The following is just a small selection of what happened that day..

Love for Shoes | Wedding Photographer in Venice and Florence

It has been and incredibly cold shooting..
Temperature was around -5C° and the couple was literally freezing, so we agreed to have quite a lot of breaks to let them get warmer a little between a shooting and another.
At the same time, during these breaks, I decided to play a little with the shoes.. probably the only thing not changing color in the cold! :-p

Here’s a small selection of the shots taken in Venice and Florence.
